**Because of the nature of body butter, we cannot guarantee it won't melt during shipping to warmer climates. (We do not offer refunds for melted body butter.) Don't worry though, it doesn't affect the quality or safety of our product. However, it is super simple to re-whip it if the temperature does change the consistency. If it arrives melted, scoop it into a bowl, stick it in the refridgerator and once it has cooled, whip it with a hand mixer, or fork for about 5 minutes.**
